How does this work?
Navigate to the Request Service page and submit a service request. An estimated total will be shown.
A response email will be sent to you with an address for shipping or drop-off. A local drop-off appointment can be arranged based on your schedule.
If shipping, box up the suspension securely and ship it to the address provided. Please do not ship without submitting a service request first!
Anything requiring additional cost will only be performed with your approval first.
When the service is complete, KWS will contact you and send a link for payment.
Local pickup: KWS will reach out to you and set up a convenient appointment for picking up part(s) or the bike(s).
Shipping: Parts will be shipped back to you with a tracking number provided.
