A response email will be sent to you with an address for shipping or drop-off (check your spam folder if you don’t see an email). A local drop-off appointment can be arranged based on your schedule.

If shipping, box up the suspension securely and ship it to the address provided. Please do not ship without submitting a service request first!

When the service is complete, KWS will contact you and send a link for payment. Any additional work (cost) will only be performed with your approval.

Local pickup: KWS will reach out to you and set up a convenient appointment for picking up the part(s) or bike(s).
Shipping: Parts will be shipped back to you with a tracking number provided the same day the service is completed or next business day.
